1. Dream on!
Show us what you love! Send us photos and screen-shots from our site: details of
bases, finishes, colors, fabrics, …
2. Let us help
We’ll present various options, samples and quotes. We’ll be frank about what we can, and cannot offer.
No Rush. No Pressure.
3. Creating
starts when we receive 50% deposit. All our creations are handmade, one by one, by seasoned craftsmen. We don’t rush, yet always meet our deadlines. Our word is our bond.
4. Studio Photos
and in-progress images will take away all doubts. But you’ll be our judge: we’ll request final payment only after your thumbs up!
5. Crating
to keep you sane! We custom crate and carefully label to ensure smooth travel and safe arrival.
6. Shipping
ensured by Ms. Nit. She is in direct contact with handlers, forwarders, agents, shippers and couriers. She makes sure this seemingly daunting phase, is actually a walk in the park.
7. Guarantee
Our furniture should last a lifetime or two if you follow our guidelines. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it, for free. This too is a promise.
